Shunya Agritech (“we,” “us,” or “Shunya”) operates FodrPulse, an AI-assisted app for hydroponic fodder growers. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Provided by you
- Account details: name, email address, mobile number, farm name, preferred language, and timezone
- Photos you upload of seeds, trays, and harvests for AI quality checks
- Optional production details (crop type, growth day, water readings, notes)
- Messages you send to Ask Shunya AI or when booking an expert
- Team and farm settings you configure in the app
Collected automatically
- Device information (device type, OS version) for compatibility and diagnostics
- App usage signals (which features you use) to improve the product
- Push notification tokens, if you allow notifications
- Approximate location, only if you grant location permission (e.g. for weather context)
2. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and farm
- To run AI analysis on uploaded photos and return results
- To save check history, batches, tasks, and related farm data
- To send reminders and notifications you enable
- To connect you with expert support when you request it
- To process credit purchases and subscriptions where applicable
- To improve product quality, reliability, and support
3. Third-party services
We use trusted processors to run the service, including:
- Google Sign-In / Sign in with Apple — optional account authentication
- Firebase Cloud Messaging — push notifications
- Payment processors — to complete credit or plan purchases where offered
Photos and related details you submit for AI checks may be processed by our AI service providers to return results. These providers process data under their own terms. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Data retention
We retain your account information, check history, photos, and farm records for as long as your account remains active, or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. When you delete your account, we permanently remove your personal account data and associated grower records from our active systems, subject to limited retention required for security, fraud prevention, or law (for example, completed payment records).
5. Your rights
Depending on applicable law (including India’s DPDP Act where it applies), you may:
- Access or correct information in your profile
- Delete your account and associated personal data
- Withdraw optional consents (location, marketing, notifications)
You can request deletion of your account at fodrpulse.com/delete-account.html. After you submit your email, our team reviews the request (usually 48 to 72 hours). You’ll receive an email once deletion is complete. You may also contact us at the email below.
6. Children’s privacy
FodrPulse is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of FodrPulse after changes means you accept the updated policy.
