Terms of Service

Last updated: 23 September 2026 · Please read these terms before using FodrPulse.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FodrPulse mobile application and related services provided by Shunya Agritech (“we,” “us,” or “Shunya”). By creating an account or using FodrPulse, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

FodrPulse helps hydroponic fodder growers manage batches, run AI-assisted quality checks, follow protocols, and request support. Features may change as we improve the product. Some features may require credits, a paid plan, or third-party payment.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when you register.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login credentials secure.
  • You may sign in with email, Google, or Apple where those options are offered.
  • You may delete your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy and account deletion page).

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users
  • Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
  • Use AI results as the sole basis for critical safety decisions without your own judgment
  • Resell or misuse credits, plans, or expert booking in a fraudulent way

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. AI and expert guidance

AI checks and Ask Shunya AI responses are decision-support tools, not guarantees. Growing conditions vary. Expert consultations are advisory. You remain responsible for farm operations, animal feed safety, and compliance with local rules.

5. Credits, plans, and payments

Where credits or paid plans are offered, pricing and inclusions are shown in the app before purchase. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are also subject to that store’s terms and refund policies. Unused credits may expire according to the plan or offer terms shown at purchase.

6. Intellectual property

FodrPulse, its branding, software, protocols, and content are owned by Shunya Agritech or its licensors. You retain rights to photos and data you upload; you grant us a limited license to process them to provide and improve the service.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that AI outputs will be error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you cannot waive under applicable consumer law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shunya Agritech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of FodrPulse, including crop loss, livestock impact, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for FodrPulse in the 12 months before the claim (or zero if you use only free features).

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and delete your account.
